Ticari Elektronik İleti Onayı ve Açık Rıza Metni
Bu metin, üyelik formunda ya da Hesabım sayfasında ilgili kutuyu işaretlediğinde verdiğin onayın kapsamını anlatır. Onay vermek isteğe bağlıdır; vermesen de hesabını ve eklentilerin bütün özelliklerini kullanırsın.
1. Neye onay veriyorsun?
6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca; (“Wind”) tarafından sana aşağıdaki konularda ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine onay vermiş olursun:
- yeni Wind eklentileri ve özellikleri,
- güncellemeler, sürüm notları ve kullanım ipuçları,
- indirimler, kampanyalar, paket teklifleri ve ücretsiz deneme fırsatları,
- anketler ve yeni eklentileri ilk deneme davetleri.
Kanallar ayrı ayrı seçilir: e-posta kutusu yalnız e-posta için, SMS ve telefon kutusu yalnız SMS ve sesli arama için onaydır. Hangisini işaretlediysen yalnız o kanaldan ileti gönderilir.
Hizmetle ilgili zorunlu bildirimler (e-posta doğrulama, şifre sıfırlama, lisans süresi, güvenlik ve koşul değişiklikleri) ticari ileti sayılmaz ve bu onaydan bağımsız gönderilir.
2. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesine açık rıza
6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 5/1. maddesi uyarınca; ad soyad, e-posta adresi, (verdiysen) telefon numarası ile isteğe bağlı profil bilgilerinin (meslek, ilgilendiğin eklentiler, kullandığın SketchUp sürümü vb.) sana ilgini çekebilecek duyuruları seçmek ve göndermek amacıyla işlenmesine ve bu iletilerin gönderimi için e-posta/SMS hizmet sağlayıcısına (ör. Brevo SAS, Fransa) aktarılmasına açık rıza vermiş olursun. Yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcıya aktarım KVKK 9. maddesine uygun güvencelerle yapılır. 3. İleti sıklığı
Genellikle ayda en fazla 2 e-posta, SMS ise yalnızca önemli duyurular için (yılda birkaç kez) gönderilir.
4. Onayını nasıl geri alırsın?
Onayını her zaman, gerekçe göstermeden ve ücretsiz geri alabilirsin:
- Hesabım › İletişim izinleri bölümündeki kutunun işaretini kaldırarak,
- her e-postanın altındaki “abonelikten çık” bağlantısıyla,
- SMS'teki ret yöntemiyle ya da İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS) üzerinden,
- adresine yazarak.
Ret bildirimin en geç 3 iş günü içinde işlenir ve o andan sonra ticari ileti gönderilmez. Onay ve ret kayıtların, ispat yükümlülüğü gereği onayın geçerliliğinin sona ermesinden itibaren 3 yıl saklanır.

Marketing Consent
This text explains what you agree to when you tick the marketing boxes on the sign-up form or your account page. Consent is optional; without it you still get your account and every plugin feature.
1. What you consent to
Under Turkish e-commerce law (Law No. 6563 and its regulation on commercial electronic messages) and, where applicable, EU rules on electronic marketing, you agree that (“Wind”) may send you commercial electronic messages about:
- new Wind plugins and features,
- updates, release notes and tips,
- discounts, offers, bundles and free trials,
- surveys and invitations to try new plugins first.
Channels are chosen separately: the email box covers email only; the SMS and phone box covers SMS and voice calls only.
Necessary service messages (verification, password reset, license expiry, security and changes to terms) are not marketing and are sent regardless of this consent.
2. Consent to process personal data
You consent (KVKK Art. 5/1, GDPR Art. 6/1-a) to the processing of your name, email address, phone number (if given) and optional profile details (profession, plugins of interest, SketchUp version etc.) to choose and send announcements likely to interest you, and to their transfer for that purpose to our email/SMS provider (e.g. Brevo SAS, France), with safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9. 3. Frequency
Usually at most 2 emails a month; SMS only for important announcements (a few times a year).
4. How to withdraw
You can withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:
- by unticking the box under Account › Contact preferences,
- via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email,
- via the opt-out method in an SMS or the Turkish Message Management System (İYS),
- by writing to .
Your request is processed within 3 business days at the latest. Consent and withdrawal records are kept for 3 years after the consent ends, as proof.
